Terms of Service

Aneta's Glam Parties provides mobile glam party experiences for children, including but not limited to:

• Hair styling and makeup application tailored to children aged 5–16.
• Nail art and beauty treatments suitable for the age group.
• Themed glam party packages including props, activities, and party coordination.
• Professional guidance from a qualified HMUA with 12+ years of industry experience.

All services are performed at your chosen venue. We come to you — you do not need to travel to us.

A booking is considered tentative until a deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Aneta's Glam Parties via email.

• All bookings must be made via email at anetasglamparties@gmail.com.
• We do not hold dates without a deposit. Dates are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Full booking details — including venue address, start time, and final guest count — must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
• Any changes to booking details after confirmation are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations with more than 14 days' notice — the deposit is forfeited, but no further charges apply.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event — 50% of the total package price is payable.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event — 100% of the total package price is payable.
• Rescheduling — we will make every effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with more than 14 days' notice. Additional rescheduling may incur an administration fee.

In the unlikely event that Aneta's Glam Parties must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full reschedule or refund of all amounts paid.

The safety of all guests — especially children — is our top priority.

• All products used are child-friendly, hypoallergenic, and professionally sourced. However, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify us of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the event.
• Aneta's Glam Parties will not be liable for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it poses a health or safety risk to any child.
• All equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitised between every use and between events.

• A parent or responsible adult (aged 18+) must be present at the venue for the full duration of the event.
• Aneta's Glam Parties is not responsible for the supervision or general welfare of children during the event — this remains the responsibility of the attending parent or guardian.
• We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if guests or attendees behave in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or unsafe towards our staff.

Aneta's Glam Parties may take photos or short videos during the event for the purpose of showcasing our work on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) or our website. This will only occur with your prior consent, which is requested during the booking process.

• You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing before the event.
• We will never publish images in which children can be identified without explicit parental/guardian consent.
• Any photos taken by guests or attendees at the event are their own responsibility.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, the following venue requirements apply:

• A clear, clean space of at least 3m x 3m should be available for our setup.
• Access to a power outlet is required.
• Adequate lighting is preferred — natural light or bright indoor lighting works best.
• The client is responsible for ensuring our staff can access the venue at the agreed time. Late access may result in a shortened service with no reduction in price.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Aneta's Glam Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by contract.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of Aneta's Glam Parties and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
